This Privacy Policy applies only to this website, www.tridentinsurancegroup.com of Trident Risk Managers, LLC d/b/a Trident Insurance on behalf of Trident Reciprocal Exchange (“we” or “our” “us”), our mobile sites, and our use of social media sites, (collectively, the “Sites”), and any other personal information obtained when you call, email, or otherwise communicate with us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect on the Sites, how we use such 
information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By accessing the Sites on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device (collectively, “Device”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the policy, please do not use the Sites. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time and will post the current version on the Sites. Collection of Data

We collect personal information for the purpose of determining whether to issue insurance policies and in order to make recommendations of other products and services to you. We also use such information to provide support in connection with an existing insurance policy (for example, when a claim is filed).

We collect personal data provided directly by you, such as when you provide your contact information and address to us or when you call us. We also collect personal data about you when you interact with our information technology resources. Moreover, we may collect personal data about you from third parties who provide services to us. Our Sites also collect data that may allow us to associate you with a particular Device.

Usage Information

When you visit our Sites, we may collect certain information from you, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, browser type, operating system, device- identifying information, the specific web pages visited during your connection, and the domain name from which you accessed the Sites. We may also collect information about your browsing behavior, including whether you have visited the Sites before and how frequently, the date and time you visit the Sites, when you left the Sites, the areas or pages of the Sites that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Sites, the number of times you return to the Sites and other similar data. Access, Correction, & Deletion

We respect your right to access and correct your personal information. You may access your personal information by signing into your account and you can modify your information from your account. You may also exercise your rights, subject to applicable laws, to request that we delete or restrict access to your personal data. We may need to retain it for legally permitted purposes and this will be explained to you if necessary.

The Sites are not directed to children, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children and our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
