This Privacy Policy applies only to this website, www.tridentinsurancegroup.com of Trident Risk Managers, LLC d/b/a Trident Insurance on behalf of Trident Reciprocal Exchange (“we” or “our” “us”), our mobile sites, and our use of social media sites, (collectively, the “Sites”), and any other personal information obtained when you call, email, or otherwise communicate with us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect on the Sites, how we use such information and to whom and under what circumstances we may disclose it. By accessing the Sites on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device (collectively, “Device”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We collect personal information for the purpose of determining whether to issue insurance policies and in order to make recommendations of other products and services to you. We also use such information to provide support in connection with an existing insurance policy (for example, when a claim is filed).

We also collect personal data about you when you interact with our information technology resources. Moreover, we may collect personal data about you from third parties who provide services to us. Our Sites also collect data that may allow us to associate you with a particular Device.
